BudExpert uses two state of the art laser cutting machines specially designed for precision cutting and forming of sheet metal.
Our laser system, Trumpf TruLaser, takes precision to a new level.
The system can process sheets measuring 3000 x 1500 mm. This means that even large projects can be handled with ease.
The versatility of the laser is demonstrated by the variety of materials that can be processed.
- Carbon steel up to 25mm thick is cut effortlessly, as is stainless steel and aluminium at 20mm.
- Titanium sheets up to 3 mm thick are no problem.
- Brass and copper can also be processed precisely with thicknesses of 8 mm and 4 mm respectively.
